First — did it break, or did it run out?

  1. Credits. The free plan has 0: paid generators do not respond without credits. Switch to a free generator.
  2. Context. The story “forgot” the beginning? That is the 2K–4K limit, not an outage.
  3. Login. The session may have expired — sign in again.
  4. Updates. Update the app from the store or refresh play.aidungeon.com.
  5. Status. The help site's footer links to “Status” — check it before writing to support.
  6. Network. If the site does not open at all, try another network.
