Cancelling
- Open your account page on the service and find the subscription settings — the terms name exactly this route: “cancel your subscription through the subscription settings on your account page”.
- Cancel the renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; premium features stay until then.
- If you subscribed inside a mobile app, cancel in that store: Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
- Remember the trial: it is one-time, and after it the payment method is charged automatically at the start of each new period.
Refunds — the terms actually allow them

If the reason is stability or price
Recent App Store reviews are dominated by crashes and the subscription price hike. The “inactive user” refund is written for exactly that case: someone stopped playing while the charges kept coming.
